Dark Chocolate Cherry Imperial Stout

It took ten different grains to create this masterpiece, and then a whole boat-load of tart cherries to finish it up. Darker than midnight, malty, sweet and highly potent. Served in 10 oz pour. There is really nothing more that can be said about such simple perfection.
Wicked Wit of The East

Wicked Wit is just what you need in this fall weather. A Belgian witbier made with red and white wheat, and spiced with our special blend of coriander and sweet orange. "Wicked Wit" will warm you up for sure!!
COCO-LIMA GOLDEN ALE

This was such a fun brew to create. Our head brewer, dreaming of sinking his toes into a sandy beach somewhere with crystal clear blue waters, has given us his best this time for sure. A golden ale is the setting for this adventure, with plenty of lime peel addition, and "dry-hopped' with real toasted coconut for a flavor that hits as hard as a coconut falling from a tree.
Tumwater Heritage Rye-IPA

In 1845, George Washington Bush planted an unknown strain of hops on his family farm in Tumwater. Today that strain of hops still grows Wild and is known locally as the Bush Heritage hops. Harvested by Urban Future Farm (Olympia, Wa), this rye-ipa is crisp, clean and refreshing.
Glutenus Minumus (Amber Edition)
5.9% alc. by vol. 40 IBU
Brewed with Buckwheat, Millet and Malted Rice, this ale is everything you would expect from a beer and more. The buckwheat give the beer a soft toasty flavor and the millet creates creamy caramel tones. Frementation provides a nice fruity character reminiscent of strawberries. A lovely aroma with a bit of a bite. This is a one of a kind batch so get it while you can.

Oatmeal and vanilla bean come together in this super dark, super creamy and velvety "nitro-Stout". By using a mixture of CO2 and Nitrogen, a nitro stout carbonates differently than a standard ale, which delivers a texture that is like none other and aromatics that jump out of the glass and slap you in the face! This is a great beer that will make you feel warm and fuzzy on a cold fall day.
